I am a MA candidate in International Education Management at the Midddlebury Institute for International Studies. I am experienced in crosscultural communication and working with diverse, intergenerational teams. Working and living abroad has a taught me to be an active listener and an adaptive problem solver. I am a strong researcher, writer, and editor. I welcome teamwork, always strive for improvement, and never back down from a challenge.
